Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Unfortunately we don't. Most municipalities in Orange County have banned medical cannabis store fronts. Although we disagree with the laws that have been put into place to restrict access to patients, we must wait until the state and municipalities can agree on regulations for legal storefronts.
Is there a minimum cost for delivery?
Yes. We have a $50 minimum for delivery to cover the costs of travel and keep drivers from making too many trips back to the home office. Any combination of products adding up to more than $50 qualifies.
What areas of Southern California do you service?
We service all of South Orange County from the 5/405 split in Irvine down to Camp Pendleton in San Clemente. Look for expansion into the Irvine/Tustin area coming soon.
Do first-time patients receive a gift?
Yes. All new patients will receive a Buy One Get One Special for any 1/8 of flower or Gram of Concentrate. If you sign up online, you will get an additional premium pre roll with your order. New patients are required to fill out the membership application and put their California ID and doctor's recommendation on file with Organic OC.
Can I view more than one type of cannabis before I make a selection?
Yes. Our drivers will bring a small selection of 2 or 3 strains for you to choose from, if you so desire. Unfortunately, we CANNOT bring the whole menu to your home but we will try to accommodate requests to view new strains whenever possible.
Can I split eighths?
No. All of our flower medication is pre-packaged in eighth of an ounce jars.
Are your delivery cars marked or do your delivery drivers wear uniforms?
No. All Organic OC drivers drive their own vehicles and wear plain clothes. Your privacy is important to us and we always try to be as discreet as possible.
Does the driver have to come into my house?
Yes, but only the first time we visit. This is because, the first time we visit we must verify your identity, inspect your doctor's recommendation and you must fill out a member application in order to receive our services. Therefore, when you sign up, we require that the driver come into the residence so that this can be handled discreetly and all protocol can be completed. Once you are a member of the collective, we can meet you anywhere within the service area that is convenient for you.
