NEW 2024 CUSTOMER NO SHOW POLICY
Effective 1/1/2024, all deliveries must be received in-person by the ordering customer at the time of arrival. Drivers will wait for a 10 minute grace period before being routed to their next delivery. More than one violation of this policy will result in a $15 fee added to the next order.
If circumstances call for contactless delivery, those arrangements must be made with the office operator AT THE TIME OF ORDERING. We cannot switch from in person to contactless delivery after the order is accepted.
This new policy ensures all customers receive our premium level of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

All our jars/preroll tubes are color coordinated, Blue for Indica, Pink for Sativa, and Green for Hybrid. Gold jars are for Exotics, and clear preroll tubes are for the House Regular Hybrid Prerolls.What is the difference between Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid?
Sativa's are known for their “head high,” an invigorating, energizing effect that can help reduce anxiety or stress and increase creativity and focus. Indica's are typically associated with full-body effects, such as increasing deep relaxation and reducing insomnia. Hybrid's are a combination of both.

No, we are a residential delivery only.Is there a delivery fee?
No. However, orders must meet our order minimum of $50 before any discounts are applied. Additionally, all deliveries must be received in-person by the ordering customer at the time of arrival. Residential locations ONLY (Houses, condos, apartments) No Hotels, restaurants, parks, or public places of any kind.I’m visiting and am staying at a hotel, is this acceptable?
Unfortunately, we do not have the hotel’s permission and therefore are unable to deliver to such locations.What’s a standard ETA for delivery?
Typically, 30-60 minutes, but up to 90min depending on current conditions. You will receive an automatic text message with a link to track your order once your driver is on the way to you. (Similar to Postmates or Uber) We always recommend waiting to place your order when you are ready at home to receive it.Can you do contactless delivery?

First Time, Happy Hour, and mixed strain Bulk discounts are all applied after we receive your order. You will receive an updated total in Email and Text.Can I TIP my driver?
